More than passive therapy:

While Registered Massage Therapists specialize in manual therapy at Kingsway Health, we believe that the best results occur when patients actively participate in their rehabilitation. Along with our treatments, we design patient-specific stretching and strengthening programs to help correct muscular imbalances. We also educate patients about posture and stress management. Massage is versatile and can be the perfect complement to other forms of therapy (ie: physiotherapy, chiropractic, fitness training and sports specific rehabilitation).

Tammy Prichard R.M.T. and Shayne Henderson B.Kin., C.K., R.M.T. are both Registered Massage Therapists through the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
